The #YesIBleed campaign is a movement to break the stigma surrounding menstruation and encourage open, honest conversations about period health and menstrual hygiene. Through awareness sessions, workshops, and community engagement, we challenge myths, promote understanding, and create safe spaces where women and girls can talk about periods without fear or shame.
The Donate Old Bra & Panty Campaign encourages people to donate gently used bras and underwear to support women who lack access to basic essentials. Many underprivileged women are forced to wear worn out or ill fitting innerwear, affecting their comfort, hygiene, confidence, and overall well being. Through this initiative, donated items are carefully sorted and distributed to women in need, helping restore dignity and improve everyday comfort. A small act of kindness can make a meaningful difference in a woman’s life and remind her that she is cared for.
The Feed the Future Campaign is dedicated to improving the health and well being of underprivileged women and their families by promoting nutrition awareness and access to healthy meals. Many women sacrifice their own nutrition to care for their loved ones, putting their health at risk. Through food support, nutrition education, and community outreach, we encourage healthier eating habits and empower families to make nutrition choices. By nourishing women today, we help build healthier families and stronger communities for the future.

This initiative aims to reduce stigma, improve menstrual hygiene, and promote dignity by making safe period care a part of everyday life. Because menstrual health is a basic necessity, every woman deserves access to it with ease, respect, and confidence.
Feed the Future 4.0 goes beyond providing nutritious meals by promoting women's health, breast cancer awareness, and community well-being. Through nutrition support, health education, and awareness programs, the campaign empowers women to lead healthier lives while highlighting the importance of early breast cancer detection. By organising free breast cancer screening camps, educational workshops, and community outreach initiatives, we encourage women to recognise early warning signs and seek timely screening. Together, we are building healthier communities where nutrition, awareness, and preventive healthcare go hand in hand.

Following its successful inauguration, the Cancer Screening on Wheels initiative is now actively delivering essential cancer screening services to women in underserved communities. Through a fully equipped Mobile Medical Unit, the program provides breast and cervical cancer screening, health education, and awareness sessions directly to women, with a special focus on those from below-poverty-line households. By taking preventive healthcare to the doorstep of those who need it most, the initiative promotes early detection, timely intervention, and greater awareness of women's health and cancer prevention.
